Depends. If you would be able to feel with them like normal and just had the enhancements most things. If you wouldn't be able to feel with them (touching etc.) I would only do the eyes. You don't need to feel with them and it would be great to see without glasses and get advanced stuff like night vision and thermal vision.

If the prosthetics have enhanced abillities, like increased leg/arm strenght, and ofcourse a 100% succes chance, i would replace all limbs, and most of the spine.imagine being able to squat and work all day without being exhausted as shit, or without having muscle pains. Imagine that you dont have to fear paper cuts no more. Thats awesome.
