Băm nhỏ sả, ớt và tỏi. Mì căn xé miếng nhỏ, trụng nhanh qua nước sôi, rồi rửa lại nước lạnh, bóp sơ cho ráo nước. Ướp mì căn với 4 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm và ít sả bằm, để 10 phút cho mì căn thấm gia vị.

Cho dầu vào chảo nóng, phi thơm tỏi, cho sả, ớt vào. Làm nóng chảo cho mì căn vào đảo đều đến khi mì căn săn cứng lại.

Cho mì căn và sả ớt đã xào vào chảo nóng trộn đều khoảng vào phút rồi cho thêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương để dậy mùi thơm.
